Do regulator manufacturers standardize their dia. and threads per inch in their high/low press. ports? Are Oceanic and Zeagle using the same sae or national fine thread?

Yes, the ports on modern 1st stages are "standardized".

A few first stages may have a 1/2" primary or dedicated 2nd stage port (Mares MR-22 is an example), but those are less common.

Best wishes.

Some older models(eg. FSR) of Apeks has this stupid 1/2" port for the LP hose(2nd stage).

Just to clarify: FSR is still a current model designation of Apeks; it was the older ATX series that had the 1/2" ports. The current XTX series do not

there are a couple of manufactures that have a "primary port!" mares esp for increased flow so it is just for that second stage to that 1st stage port but its not common place
