Does the math........... scratches head.......

Come on.
2 dives a day, every day, for 19 years?
3 dives a day, every day, for 13 years?

That seems like an awful lot of diving. How do you not burn out?

Congratulations! I hope the next 14,000 are even more fun!

It's not like breaking rocks or teaching junior high.

hey - you're not counting your morning bath as a dive are you??? :rofl3:

Seriously, congrats - that is an incredible number.

Kinda makes you one of our Obi-Wan guys around here..... :D

Congrats - that is a lot of diving!:water:

For you disbelievers out there I dove with Fred a couple of months ago. I have no trouble believing 14,000 dives. Did 10 dives with his operation Grand Bahama Scuba. This is a man that did the same 2 one hour dives I did. I used two AL 80's and was back on the boat with a reasonable safety margin - he used the same AL 80 for both dives and I suspect could easily have done a third dive on the same tank. Only a fish is more comfortable in the water.

I'll never get anywhere near that number, but it's wonderful to hear that someone has and still finds their 14,000th dive an adventure. Thanks for telling us about it!
