Hi guys, I recently received a dead Salvo 10W HID, non-focusable model with derin head. After looking around, it looks like Welch Allyn has gone through some sell outs.. Anyway, looks like the ballast and bulb are now obsolete. I found the ballast at batteryspace.com and it is $60 plus shipping (usually $10-12). I noticed that this is sold as a Trail Tech bulb and ballast so I went on Ebay and found a COMPLETE Trail Tech light with bulb and ballast for $90 shipped.

So if anyone is looking for what could possibly be the last replacement check out Ebay:
