Hi all....

I'm gearing myself for an Advance Nitrox and Decompression Techniques course
and was wondering if I could use my 10lt Faber steel for an alternate independant
air source.

I know it is negatively buoyant, but so is a an 10lt Ali with regs and Spg(the steel just more).

Would it not allow me to drop 2kgs off my weightbelt. If I am still correctly weighted, does it matter what the tank is made off?

Your inputs would be appreciated
Herman
