When counting dives do most people count their OW certification dives? My next trip in January I will hit 100 either way but I just want to know which dive I should be naked on.

I would say that for purposes of your private celebration of the milestone of 100 dives, who cares if it's plus or minus a few dives? If it makes you feel like it's more legitimate or erring on the side of conservatism to not count your certification dives, then don't count them. There are dives I chose not to log that others might have logged, and dives I chose to log that others might not have. There are dives I just forgot to log. By the time I reach what I think are 1000 dives, my count will probably only be accurate to something like plus or minus 50 dives. I'm going to designate a dive my celebratory "1000th" when I feel like it's my 1000th.

And in the same spirit, dive naked when you feel like it.
