Hi Everyone

Today i made my first 100m + dive. I was using tables and 2 bottom times, (1 scubapro 330m and 1 uwatec 330m). when i reached 100m the plan was to swim under the hull of a wreck. obviously it is dark under the wreck so i coud not see the times but both ended up at 103m. i dont think that i went that far past 100m. so because there is no decimal after a three figure number on these timers do they always round up? and info appreciated. e.g does 100.2 read at 100 or 101.

I don't know if it rounds up or down, but it should not matter. We all know decompression is not an exact science. Do the fundamental right and the 1m (3ft) increments will have no impact.

your answers comes after 2 years hehe so late sorry . this will explain why you had an extra 3 m .
The current depth is displayed in the upper left corner of the screen, in either meters or feet . The depth measurement is calibrated for fresh water according to international standards . Therefore when diving in salt water, the Digital 330m will show a depth slightly greater than actual (2-3% higher) . Note that when imperial units are chosen, depths deeper than 999 ft are shown without the leading “1” .
