Ahhh....so you guys need some porn to hold you over till our new light comes out? Here are some prototype drawings. Light is currently being tested and going thru re-design though...but this will get you salivating
Since we are working on the rumor mill, this also comes with a 5 hour battery right

I too would be willing to test one in the cold dark Pacific waters. I better match up "close" to my trusty Salvo 21watt HID though.

But I personally don't believe the rumor that every time it turns on, a unicorn is born....but am willing to test that one in the cold dark scary waters off of Ft. Lauderdale....

Just sayin'.

If you guys are really designing your own lights then I have a request. Make some based on the 100W (9000 lumen) LED chips that are being sold these days. LE-LL19116 is the part number for the ones I was looking at. They go for under $7 individually, presumably even cheaper in bulk. Granted you've got to source a driver (the 100w variety go for around $30) and appropriate battery. I'd love to see some high power can lights based on these. Presumably they'd be able to rival high power HID can lights, at a much lower cost and with better runtimes. That chip only pulls about 3.5a at full power.

100 watts at 3.5 amps is over 28 volts input
