post a link. Maybe its something new. I've been hearing the same rehashed theories for twenty years.

From what I understand there are historical records of mass strandings just about worldwide going back far into antiquity.Far before LFA and runoff or other manmade ecological influences.It would nice to get some definitive answers.That would allow for commonsense legislation regarding those factors proven to be responsible or at least similar to natural occurring circumstances.It is a lot easier to sell protective measures when you have concrete evidence.Not that it's ever easy.
