1 man rafts

I have found myself quite far away from boats before, and with a closed circuit rebreather capable of allowing me to stay down for hours coming any day, I would like to get one of those 1 person very compact inflatable rafts that downed military pilots have. I think they are quite compact and can be carried in my BC or a packet can attach to my BC.

For the life of me I cannot find these even after doing some web searching.

Any ideas?
