My lovely bride and I are going to do some practice dives this Saturday at Catalina’s Casino Dive Park. I hope conditions will be great!

Looking good. Just talked to an instructor who said vis was 30' and improving. We are having some winds kick up, but it is not expected to be bad. Weather forecast calls for improving conditions over the next seven days!

I'll be out on the King Neptune, but hope you have a good experience in the park.

I was there last weekend and conditions were pretty good until winds came up on Monday. Water temps were in the high 50's and vis between 25 and 35 feet. Check your tide charts as entries and exits are much easier at high tide. Have fun:D

High is at 9:28 AM - Should work out fine. Thanks

Just after I posted, the winds started up here. I've heard they are calling for NE (the worst we get), but it doesn't appear that it will be a big blow like the previous two weekends.

Thanks Bill, I hope they are not blowing tomorrow AM.

And were they? blowing?

Looks pretty mild here at 6:50 AM, Divinman. Hope the same for you in San Diego.
