I’ll be doing something similar in that I’ll be driving from Venice through Italy into France and then Spain to leave on a cruise. I was thinking about trying to hit up some diving while I’m driving but I’ve been getting the same “skip the water and see the land” recommendations
I love the dgx pockets. For the price they seem very feature heavy. I was considering these before I got my deep 6 wetsuit. I still might grab one for when I’m not wearing full exposure protection
I know you say they are similar but what do you think about the cave adventures as the primary and then using the dgx as a back up in pocket? Or would I be better off just dropping down to the smaller size dgx That point?
I’ve had this thought. In our training we had to remove our bcd which was integrated, put our left arm through the straps to keep the bcd on us while propping it up on our knee which would hold us down with the integrated weights. This way we could do anything needed to the gear or make...
I was taught with an integrated bc and used those exclusive for a while. Finally got to try a belt on a rented dive trip. Just wasn’t a fan. Felt awkward the whole time with the weight on my waist. Now with the BP/w in warm water I only need weight in my trim pockets. Feels a lot more streamlined.
I know my fins won’t fit. Too long. But I thought someone had posted in the past and I can’t find the thread but they had pictures and were able to fit a full set of scuba gear in the 22l minus fins. I also don’t remember if they had a wetsuit but part of me thinks they had a 3m. Could be wrong...
