I'm looking for freakishly rich reef systems for my next dive trip. I'm thinking bonaire or belize so far. Any suggestions? Dive operators? All-inclusive type medium priced accomodations?

I'm new underwater photography. The cheapo underwater disposibles just don't cut it anymore. I'm thinking of the Olympus SP 310 and Oly PT030 housing. I've found the camera for $288.99 and the PT030 Housing for $189.95 is this a good bang for the buck system? I want to stay around $500.:05:

Can I get recommendations on a decent camera package for a novice / recreational U/W photographer? I want to spend no more than $500. A digital system is preferred but film will be considered. Thanks for your help.
