This looks like the right part to me. I think they just have the part number wrong. It should be 342-0212-WH I have just heard from our vendor that these parts are almost ready, so we should have some pretty soon. Sorry for the delay! Scott

Correct. However, you should pull on the plastic inflator body - not the rubber hose! The hose has to stretch pretty far to open the valve - but if you actually pull on the inflator body it only has to be puled a little!! Thanks, Scott

It shouldn't take 3 months to get a MD Stiletto with a LG shoulder, but due to some delivery problems that we have had, they are probably being cautious! :) Any exchanges in size would have to go through the place of purchase. As for the demo days event - I'm not sure if someone from Zeagle...

An RA is a "return authorization" number. You can contact your local dealer about repair, as I didn't notice that you were outside of the USA.
