    Canon G12 or S95?

The 2 are mostly equivalent in terms of their manual settings capability and low light image quality. Their WP-__ underwater casings are also about the same size if you're worried about bulk. And if you dun think you will make use of the extras controls, knobs, viewfinder, hotshoe, and abilities...

    S90 w/ Subsee Lens (Anilao)

You've given me motivation to get better shots out of my S90 :shocked2: :banghead:

    Diving in Iceland?

I wish I took up diving before I visited Iceland in 2009. Ironic thing is, it was mainly my snorkelling in Silfra that made me go for my Padi courses later that yr.

    3W LED diving light

I'm interested in an even beam pattern, dun like hot spots, but if I remove the lens completely, all the light that is shooting sideways of the LED is wasted because they hit the inner torch wall. Do you sell just a shiny reflector without any lens?

Wondering if anyone has or has seen this light?

Well, the aunoc is tiny, hence its appeal, so far I think its main competitor in size is only the Ilumenox L122W which is around 3inch too, 85lumens and claims to be rated to 100m. Sells much cheaper at bike shops too, but I dun like its beam pattern with its tiny hotspot.

what kind of new diving light you want to have?

I plan to get a tiny torch to help in lighting for deep day dives, but I don't like carrying bulky camera strobes down. So I want a tiny dive light less than 5 inches long, using AA or AAA, but with >700 lumens max output. 5 modes of operation: >700, 300, 100, 10, strobe. And beam pattern...

    Mach V 18lb wing - I think...

FYI, my 30lb mach V definitely looks like your 18lb pic, not the 30 and 40 lb pic.

    What would you guys do...?

This reminds of Ryan Wood of planetinverts, who was apparently not very consistent with his selling live aquarium shrimp. He would sometimes ship them on time and of the correct size and breed, sometimes he shipped too small shrimp and of even of the wrong breed. But most of his complaints came...

Granted, but you are not allowed to dive in it. I wish upon a star tonight. :P

Choosing a BC with enough lift capacity

IMHO, I think you are carrying too much weight. Your weights should be enough to maintain only slight negative buoyancy when your tank is nearly empty and BC fully deflated. So if you use just enough lead weights that you can maintain your safety stop with your BCD is only slightly inflated even...

    Contact.......

The right email is oxy@oxycheq.com. I asked them something as well and they replied after 3-4 days.

Granted, she controls her drool to twirl around in loops around you. I wish hydrogen is made up of 1 proton and 1 electron

    Internal bladder squished up ok?

Someone asked me the same thing on scubatoys forum I think. The simple answer is that because I found I had difficulty flattening down my BC to pack into my dive bag, so I got curious. Of course, then I felt I had something to prove when I got quite a few replies saying its normal for bladders...

Bladder and outer cover size mismatch

I bought the Mach V Signature 30lb wing from scubatoys last month. I found fromhere and here that Oxycheq makes wings where the bladder size matches the outer jacket. However, this week I discovered that my wing's bladder is too large for its outer jacket. What can be done? It can still work...

    Internal bladder squished up ok?

I was more interested in Patrick of Oxycheq saying they use bladder sizes specific to each outer jacket. Not true for my wing at least. I will be posting the following pics at the oxycheq forum. I finally thought out turning the outer cover inside out in order to take better pictures of the...

    Internal bladder squished up ok?

I can't remove the bladder to inflate the ends fully, the seals at the dump valve and inflator hose prevent me. Anyway, look at my diagrams on page 2 and you'll understand. I know they're not very nicely drawn, but the crucial part is the blue lines representing the excess bladder material. I've...

    Internal bladder squished up ok?

But as I said, both materials are flexible. So I flatten the outer cover and measure only its flattened length to be about 65cm, roughly 10cm less than the flattened bladder

    Internal bladder squished up ok?

Now if I can get oxycheq to look at this thread, maybe they'll ship me a replacement bladder free instead of telling me creases are ok and bladders need to be larger (by so much? :shocked2: ) than their outer covers.
