    Dutch Springs and young children

Yes, there are activities for them. Lots of swimming, etc. Also there is the Lehigh Valley Mall, Shops at Saucon Valley, Crayola Factory tour in Easton, and lots of other attractions nearby. If they don't want to swim or get bored easily, find some local attractions. Dorney Park is an...

What size wing do you dive with?

I'm purchasing a BP/W setup this week and need advice on how much lift to go with and why. I've made up my mind on a Halcyon Eclipse but not sure if I should go with the 30# or 40# wing. A little info on me: 190 lb male, cold water/wreck diving, usually a 7mm farmer john with hood and gloves...

Not sure about trusting my buddy...

I dive with a few close friends, and one of them is the same way. He swims off, doesn't know where his buddy is, etc. I almost always make sure I don't get paired up with him, and don't like diving with him in general. It's tough because we are close friends and spend a lot of time hanging...

    Pony bottle set up

Thanks for the replies to all, I had considered and quickly dismissed the 40 CF setup before posting my question. It looks like that is the way to go. So, using the 40 CF bottle, what reg setup would you guys recommend? It would be nice to have something that is interchangeable with my...

    Pony bottle set up

Right now down to 120, mostly cold water wreck diving (down to high 40s degrees). Definitely tech aspirations in the future. I'd rather buy the right gear now (to the extent I can) than to be selling and upgrading in the future.

    Pony bottle set up

Tell me your opinions on a 13 or 19 CF pony bottle set up. I noticed the Zeagle Razor integrated valve/first stage, and it looks like a good set up. I'm about to order new regs and was leaning towards a Scubapro MK17/A700. So for ease of servicing I'm a little hesitant to have a Zeagle pony...

    New BP/W: Halycon or DSS?

I'm ordering a new BP/W set up, I'm a newer diver with only 20 dives. I've recently started diving wrecks in the Atlantic and have my sights set on tec once I have more dives under my belt. My new set up will be AL80 singles for now, although I'd probably do better with HP100s (my air...

    Flathead 7 or MK25/A700

I'm choosing a new reg and have read everything I can find with the search function. I know these are both great regs and you can't go wrong with either. I like that Zeagle sells replacement parts direct to consumer. I also like the SP warranty policy. Which one would you choose, and why?

First wreck dive in the Atlantic

Hey all. I'm doing my first non-tropical wreck dive (non penetration) in the Atlantic this weekend with East Coast Diving out of South Jersey. The wreck is the Red Oak Cutter that lies at approx 60 ft. I'm looking for your best tips for a newbie so a) I have a safe and fun dive and b) I don't...
