New pro-tip. 1. bring your own cup, a blender bottle works well, when you arrive, you can fill up it with water at the fountain in the airport, in your room, you can use it to hydrate (since hotel/condo glasses are tiny) since divers might drink 16-24oz of water at a time.

Knowing which dive sites are on declining parts of reef is good. Climbing Thousand Steps to dive an algae covered reef is anti-climactic.

I noticed 2 new stores opened during the past year. Are any of them real competitors for Warehouse? Is there specialization one should be aware of? And where the heck are they?

To be honest, my first dive at Salt Pier was kinda blah compared to an average reef dive. The second time we went around 3:30pm when the sun had everything lit from the right angle and it was a 500% better dive.

The pool is never technically closed, but your access to tanks after hours can be limited depending on which op you have and whether or not you have a vehicle.
