I didn't mean to imply that the turret style was worse. I actually think it's preferable but I didnt have a spare DS4 sitting around and I did have a spare Titan. I'm happy with the results but if you're going to buy a reg for a stage I would use something like scubapro or apeks.

I'm currently training before I head off to Firefighter school so I'm doing lots of cardio on treadmill (high inclines) and lots of stair climbing with a weighted vest on. as for weights I'm doing a lot of chin ups, squats, leg presses and core exercises.

It might not always be an economics thing, I don't use my tanks enough to justify their cost (maybe 25 dives on each of them a year) but having those tank have given me longer more trimmed out dives. AL80 isn't suitable for all diving either.
only 25 feetmax depth with shots up to 15 feet, you should try to avoid that... the other problem is it looks like you made a pretty rapid ascent. you could have used negative numbers for your graph then it would be a normal profile..
