I recently broke my back paragliding. I want to get attentional Padi cards that will work towards my master diver cert. Are there any Padi courses that do not require being in the water?

Not sure which ones work toward master diver, but Dive Right in Scuba offers many PADI classes virtually. Might compare their classes to what you need.

There is an equipment specialty course you can take. I also teach a course called Understanding Overhead Environments, but you would have to be near me to take it.

IMO, though, it makes no sense to take a course just so you can get a really meaningless master dive certification. Take a course because you want to learn what the course teaches. If you take 5 courses that taught you something you wanted to know and be able to do, then you can pick of the Master Diver certification.

Nitrox is all classroom/online if you haven't done that yet.
I got my nitrox with my advanced cert, hoping there are some other classes like that

not sure if padi offers something similar but ssi offers some marine ecology classes. additionally obviously we have nitrox, science of diving, first aid (react right), and an equip course.

Thanks, it looks like they offer project aware, historical diver history, and marine life injuries course. I am thinking they count towards master diver. Does anyone know the max amount of non dive courses one can take to count towards a master diver cert?

Equipment Specialist....The one I took was interesting, but did nothing for me regarding diving or self-repair of equipment. But it was #5 so I got my MSD.
In fact, I spent so much $ there I think they threw it in for free.
