UWATEC Digital 330M - strap broke - want to pull from case and put in Puck

See "open" and "close" on the bottom, and maybe some specific tool needed? I want this out of the case and into a standard puck for Tec Diving - how can I get it out?

As is the case with many capsules in wrist boots or rubber consoles, you can soak it in warm/hot water for a few minutes and most all will come out and in easily ... and straight for a change !
