Check with your local Coast Guard Aux. They offer courses several times a year.
PowerSquadron is also excellent.
Having a class certificate from either will usually get you a 10% discount on your vessel insurance as well.

It depends on what you want out of your course. The Auxilliary courses are good curriculum but often taught by folks who have only read the curriculum (no real experience). You'll get a little better perspective from a school like Chapman.
