O2 and He analyzers are already there.
Two towels - check
Defog with peefog
Whistle is in the pocket
Batteries are part of the charger bundle
No gloves on this trip, but gloves are part of the wetsuit, hood, vest...drysuit, thermals.
No extra reg and hoses unless the baggage is under airline weight.

Regarding tools and spares, no matter what you bring, Murphy's law says the thing that will fail will be something you didn't bring. I gave up trying to bring extra hoses because the one that failed was always that one I didn't bring.

Ahhh, now you provide the rest of the story! You have a certain place you are going to....you are not presenting a generic packing list.
Socks for booties? Yes, indeed; prevents blisters, helps them go on easier. Lycra socks, of course.
Odd to have a packing list that has some details (batteries), and ignores others (whistle in pocket).

Fair points.
I did add the towels to the list, so thank you for that.
A generic packing list should also include exploration reels.

The batteries are not in the original list because they are part of the "chargers" bundle.
Similar to the the whistle permanently hitched to the pocket or the twinset regulators, they just sort of always go together.

I have seen Lycra socks for booties. Never really tried them or felt that they are needed.

(My extra 2 items)
A couple of wetbags have been very helpful on both the traveling and dive site parts of the trip
A meter of bungee also comes in handy sometimes, but probably you can find it at the destination 🤷🏽‍♀️

A meter of bungee? I am intrigued.
In the regular places (tank rigging, sidemount wing, weight on webbing) it stretches and frails (but less likely it’s an issue for the trip)
And comes in handy for „unusual“ fixes (fin strap, reg necklace,..)

Heck I even stage-rigged my water bottle because it was to big for my backpack 😂

IDK, my last few dive trips have actually all had classes in them — so I might have some bias here; but bungee light (not the 8mm tho) and small enough 🤷🏽‍♀️

What luggage are you all using to check this in? I carry my DC and reg set on my carry on but need a good check in sized luggage for all my other gear. I don't mind spending money for something that will stand to the airline beating.
