HI wanting to install an EO cable on my P1 -ive been told that this will make the dpv negative with extra electronic board so I should get a tube extension as per CudaX Power Outlet Parts Kit . the tube extension although for a cuda is apparently the same diameter as as the Piranha tube but not been tested as such
anybody with any knowledge or experience with this

Dive Xtras sold the 'Smart Slice' for the Piranha. This had a vacuum tester, LED display and a 12V power take-off. It maintained the neutral buoyancy.

I very much doubt that they still have any and there are certainly none with the DX distributer here in the UK but you may be able to find a 'pre-loved' one somewhere.

The Cuda and Piranha are indeed of similar dimensions and the Cuda take-off is relatively easy to install as the Cuda had a hole already machined into the tail that could be drilled-out. The Piranha tail has no such feature and it might be tricky to seal a 90 degree E/O elbow without machining a flat surface.
