Nice finds! That seems much colder than this time last year - short term weather or a longer term trend?

East coast never seems to be warm off Fujairah, generally further north at Dibba seems to be warmer.

I'm hearing reports of 23C off Muscat last week

Interesting - I have recorded temps (via my TernTX, so potentially incorrect) last July of 31C at depth (30m) and 33C at surface off Musundam... It certainly wasn't 5mm weather!

Back diving with BDC last Sunday (Inch 2).

24C on the bottom for both dives.

Loads of nudis, mainly Caloria militaris and indica, as well as heaps of Hypselodoris dolfusi, which I didn't bother much about as most were not in suitable positions and nothing I hadn't seen before.

However, the batteries in my strobes died on the second dive just as I found a pair of H. dolfusi mating, bloody Murphy.

Phyllodesmium species

Hypselodoris nigrostrata

Deep Reef and The Blocks this morning with Barracuda.

Water temp at the bottom was 24C, well wrapped up in my 5mm +hood.

Some nice nudis on the Blocks

Coryphellina rubrolineata, also known as Flabellina rubrolineata

Hypselodoris pulchella

I could not open the shots of the 'pretty slugs' my end Gordon.

Wait , when I hit 'reply' they opened in the reply post, weird.

Very nice.
Good morning all. 😊 :coffee:
