It was down all day yesterday for me (US eastern time zone). It was back up this morning.

I didn't even think of that. I'll try to remember next time. Our ISP moved servers around and failed to inform us.

I still cannot access the site on my android. Anyone else having trouble with the site or have any suggestions on how to fix it. It is fine on the desktop and iphone. Do not tell me to get an iphone!

I still cannot access the site on my android.

Clear both your cache & cookies. They switched servers and your phone's system is still looking in the old location. You'll have to google for your phone model and android version how to do it. On / Off doesn't always work for my android either.
