Ok I did an experiment and find myself in a bad situation, I tried one from r380 (the same part for s600…) on the r190 and it fits length wise but the “limiting slots” (the ones that limit rotation between max and min are clocked so it doesn’t fit right
And now it’s stuck there (the oring also might be too big)

I’ll leave this question to someone more experienced than me 😅

Eric, I have an R190 vane now sitting orphaned on my workbench — If I fail to revert what I did it’s yours (this one for sure would fit a g250 correctly)

One G250 in need of hard parts begets another. Then it too of course needs a third to borrow from and soon you may have a dozen or so with a half dozen in working order. I think the ratio is around 2.5 non working units to 1 working unit.

Why are y'all needing vanes. Do not be taking them out and in that way you will not be breaking them and needing another G250 to scrounge from. Rebuild/service parts are easy, hard parts like covers, cases, vanes, you will soon be casing all local shops for discarded G250 parts.

A DIY brethren and dear friend saw my post about wanting a G250 so he's sending me one for free, but the vane switch is busted off. Other than that it's a working G250. Hell yeah, I'll take it!!
I don't have it in my hot little hands yet, but when I get it I need to decide if I will just Aquaseal the knob/vane in the wide open position, or fabricate some cool little handle out of stainless and attach it somehow, or look for another OEM vane.
I will let inquiring minds know though, I won't leave you hanging.

The EU version of the G250 vane (11.300.023) is still available and the same as on the R190.
Is this the one that doesn’t use a stainless circlip?
And would they be cross compatible?

Got it!!
Yay!!
Now I'm in the club.
