Trim looks pretty good. Now, about those bulging hoses and dangling computer...
My only question is why more shops don't do it. When I was buying gear for our initial start-up, I looked at the cost of a universal BP/W vs. sized BCDs. It was easily 3x the cost to buy enough BCDs for everyone.
It does take a bit longer to fit students, but the BP/Ws sell themselves. Want to get into tec diving? Change your wing and off you go. Travel? Get a soft plate. Something breaks or gets old? Just replace it.

Thanks. Dangling computer I'm working on. I like it's current home near my belt so it doesn't interfere with anything and is easy to grab. Bulging inflator hose fixed right after that dive (new longer corrugated, may need a 1" shorter LP), my primary light I keep on a retractor that needs to be a bit stronger but I'm cheap and it still works. Pony hose is within my shoulders. I may bungee it near the mount but would need a longer hose to then wrap around, clip off and still get to my mouth if needed. This is still very much a work in progress.

Why do you have the pony bottle upside down? That causes hose issues.
Why do you have the pony bottle rotated so the hose sticks out like that?
Why do you need three second stage hoses/regulators - what problem(s) does that solve?
Why do you want to "clip off" a pony bottle second stage? Will unclipping be necessary before you use it?

Upside down for access to the valve. Charged and off, occasionally recharge line throughout the dive. I need to raise the bottle 1 - 1.5 inches as well. The 2nd is clipped off to my chest D ring for my use. Valve is in that position so u can access it. I could move to a different lp port but it stays close to my body as is so I hadn't given it much thought.
I only have my primary 2nd, an air 2 and my pony 2nd. Set up for solo and I don't change anything for buddy diving.

Sure looks like three second stages in the photo - a yellow pony, one in your mouth and another hose floating over your shoulder with a second stage? Oh now I see. You have a ridiculously long bc inflator hose and the camera light looks like a second stage.. sorry about that.
I think you should be able to rotate the pony and/or change hose ports so that you can reach the pony valve and still not have a hose coming out sideways at your waist.
Why don't you want the pony reg on a lanyard around your neck? That has some advantages and you might be able to be comfortable with no longer cranking your pony bottle valve open and closed several times during the dive.

First dive with a wing that I picked up on Thursday and I hadn't given much thought to inflator hose length. Didn't negatively impact my dive but I did make the correction post dive when I stopped by my lds to get my tanks filled. New corrugated sitting in my box that will be swapped tomorrow. This pic shows how the pony line doesn't float out and stays put. Only inflator hose is a problem for open water ocean diving as it is a trap hazard for my mask and has been addressed. I don't like things around my neck so the necklaced 2nd is out.

My question is if you are diving with someone and have to donate air, what are you donating? Your primary doesn't look long enough to do that comfortably, and the yellow hose on the pony being clipped off could be confusing to a buddy in an emergency. The last thing you want is a OOG diver trying to grab that and panicking when it doesn't come to them when they grab it.

Primary is a 40" line with a 110° swivel. For me it is routed under my arm and is perfect length. To donate it goes over my shoulder and extends beyond my arm length for them to use. I then breathe off my air 2 and ensure the pony is on. We're going up regardless at that point so it's just of matter of how long we swim shoulder to shoulder or just grab arms and hit our stop and then the surface. The pony is for me and me only. IDGAF, Piss Off Not Yours. If my 100 or 120 runs out sharing air then you can do a CESA from wherever we're at and I'll breathe off my pony for the next 10 minutes to ensure my safety. Although if I'm that low on the main tank the dive is nearly over anyways and I'll just breathe off the pony instead of my air 2.
