I would be interested in purchasing one if available.

I believe I just received your order, thank you. To be clear you are buying the shorter <16" plate pictured in this thread. There are 2 plates being referenced in that post you quoted. If you wanted the longer plate, it will be a week or so.
LMK if you want to change it.

I am 5' 11" - I think the shorter plate will work. What do you think?

The one you ordered is perfect. There are two sets waist slots to try.
The lower waist slot would the one I thread first and try.

Happy Mothers Day to all that are reading, and for the guys, remember your mom, and take care of your wives.
My mom passed 20 yr ago and my wife of over 30 yrs puts up with A LOT.

Received plate today, looks good, length seems just right. Is there a need to install a fastener through the top holes or bottom slot to index the plate to the wing, or do the tank straps do all the work? I dive a Hollis 25lb wing with a single tank adapter for single hose and it is bolted to the wing. In one of the pictures it looks as though there is a fastener to index the wing to the plate, at least in one of the top holes of the wing. Got a 23lb wing from VDH and just wondering what the best way to integrate the wing to the plate would be. Don't want a wing nut sticking me in the back, excuse my ignorance, maybe don't need anything but the tank straps?

I have used these before with some modifications...

Plastic book screws...

@Sensorone as mentioned above plastic book screws. I use them with this plate. I did remove a bit of material to thin the the head of the side that is against my back. Never noticed they were there while diving the plate.
