OK, brief background, certified in the early nineties, well over 200 dives in my log, most of them in cold water here in California with a few in the Eastern Caribbean, some in Cozumel plus a fair number in the Poor Knights and other spots in New Zealand during a great trip there. My last big Scuba adventure was working on the local sheriff’s dive team, training for black water searches, surface supplied air and diver to surface crew communication. It’s been a great ride.
However, I made the decision to stop diving a while ago. I’d like some help in figuring out what to do with my (well used) gear. I’m not trying to get rich, just keep things like my DUI dry suit and Zeagle BC in use and, hopefully, get a few bucks to ease the pain of giving up so many great memories. Any instructors with a student who could use a great deal on gear? All my stuff is for large people (6’ 4”, was 250+ when I bought the gear) and I want to keep the snorkel, masks and fins for my use. You’d need to anyway but the dry suit needs new seals, the zipper has been used very little since it was replaced so that expense should be deferred for a long while. ideas?
TIA
