So Bonaire is open, but it is a bit of a headache getting there from the US. Only Delta had a direct flight from Atlanta and Unitied is not operating there yet. Made it pretty expensive to fly this year.
US is high risk as of this writing, so you have a have a negative PCR test within 48 hours of arrival. That is making it tight for us to get there. Then the post arrival test, 5 days after and a different test ($55) to get back.
It is a good thing we love going there.

The 48h is prior to departure, not arrival. The 5-day test is not needed for a 7-day trip.
