The image is low res and the fish is only a small part of the entire image. I cannot zoom in on the subject, so positive ID is difficult.

My first impression is that you found either a Rosy Razorfish, Hemipteronotus martinicensis or Green Razorfish, Hemipteronotus splendens

It is definitely not a Jawfish.

Thanks. Yes, not a jawfish. Pretty sure it is a Green Razorfish (after looking at other photos).
 
Funny, I didn't catch it earlier, there appears to be two fish in the photo.
Not a jawfish on the upper middle rock, and possibly a jawfish on the rock at the bottom of the photo...
