I nearly went with the supporter level, since this is USD and $100 USD is like... $1 million CAD... especially with those conversion fees! But thinking of how much time I've spent on this forum and how useful I think it is in general (and how many pointless things I would otherwise spend my money on), you have my $99.95 USD too.

If you don't have too many issues with having the badge displayed, don't underestimate the effect a bunch of badges might have on those who are still on the fence.

I'd prefer not displaying the badge too, but I realize that it sends a message to those who haven't decided to go red yet. So I've decided to live with it.

We don't have a silent supporter user group... yet. We are in the beginning process of setting up the next iteration of ScubaBoard, and I'll make sure that's an option.

Ergo, I can remove you from the usergroup if you like, but I don't have a way to give you the ability to turn off adds if I do.

It's embarrassing... a bit over $4,000

This really, really helps. I've been slowly adding to the credit cards waiting for things to turn around and it just hasn't. It won't wipe it all out, but it gives me a lot of hope and time... for when the economy turns a bit and businesses want to advertise again.
