No, not of the instructor, but the industry is rife with this sort of thing. There is so much normalization of deviance and insufficient learning in courses throughout much of the industry. So many students get certified that don't meet performance requirements or are placed in danger (try scuba students left alone in the mouth of a cave. DM later guides them inside without lights even - this is often their first experience on scuba), but the agencies look the other way. It frustrates the hell out of me.You seem to have knowledge of instructor?
Another one: the way the pony is mounted on that tank. Usually done on the side. I wonder if the diver took out anyone else on the boat when turning around. The whole thing is just epic chaos.
