These are for sailing, but look interesting...

Anyone have any experience with them with diving?

Never seen them, but it looks like they have a smooth sole to avoid marring the deck. I would think a more textured sole would be better for iron shore.

Ironshore is really hard on booties, so be sure and get some with a hard sole. I use both 4th Element and Henderson. With the 4th Element I have to go up a fin size, but with the Henderson I can use the same fins as with my soft booties.

I see you posted to the thread below regarding the Altama Maritime Assault Mid Boots. Did you look into these boots? I’m curious because I have decided to buy pair from eBay when my size is available. Thanks!

no purchases made... I continue looking... undecided....

I bought some heavy duty lace up dive boots from my local dive shop. They had massive elevated soles of a hiking boot, so I thought these would be perfect for Bonaire. I couldn’t even begin to get those freaking things into my XL Mares Quattro fins. The Altama Maritime slide in like butter. Looks like the Zhik boots are very low profile too.

Yeah, kind of a nice thing for warm water shore diving. Big foot pockets mean big fins, which mean size and weight for travel. I have a pair of fins I like to use that are limited by foot pocket. These look like a solution... I wear a US men's size 12, so the smallest for my feet is already a big fin...

My favorite fins are a size or two down from my usual size because I am in a very thin sock and water shoe in an attempt to not be into bigger fins.....

I like these fins (Black Camo SP Jets)..... the cool factor, and the propulsion they provide...

YMMV
