Scuba Frisco got robbed Thursday night (Jan 31).

The absolutely cleaned out the BC's. They came in with trash cans and it really looked like that was the full intent.

No idea on brand. The video doesn't show much beyond what I described. You do get to see about half of one guy's face. White male.

interesting they went for the BCs vice the regulators and computers that I would think are easier to sell. does the shop keep inventory by S/N, watching e-bay, craigsist etc may help id leads when someone tries to move the stuff

Wow I really hate to hear that. Don't really hear too much about a dive shop getting robbed. And they took the stuff that's bulkier to carry. Hopefully whoever participated in this gets caught. Good luck to you!

Joke's on them. BCs are the 2nd hardest things to sell.

It was apparently a burglary. Robbery means the victim is present and is a much more serious crime. Sad nonetheless.

I live about 40 miles south of this shop and honestly I’m not shocked this has happened even in this once very-desirable part of DFW... I’ve watched all of N. TX deteriorate over the past 10 years to the point that I’m personally be ready to move to another state. Very best wishes for the owners; I sincerely hope they are able to catch and prosecute and regain as much lost inv as possible.

My LDS has bars on the windows. In fact, the two closest to my house do.

TN
That's just it, though. This shop is located in a city that's pretty much high-rent district in the DFW area. And just off the main drag at that. Burglars had some balls.
