Well I got home from work today and there it was, a white Zeagle box! Inside was my repaired and I swear cleaned Tech BC. The repair was spot on, I had a nice chat with Susan and a 2010 catalog inside to boot. My only bitch, I was quoted $15.00 to fix it and $15.00 to ship it. Dang $11.00 to ship, it came back under the quote!!!!!! This is one happy guy! :D :D :D

I'm going to chime in on the GREAT customer service of Zeagle. I lost a weight pouch while diving in Mexico a couple weeks ago. I sent an email on the company web page regarding the situation, the fact that I was using the BCD that I had bought from someone else for the first time, and was making back entries from a boat. Was just wondering if I needed to do anything different and planning to buy a new pouch. Jeff replied back that entry methods shouldn't matter, and that he had a replacement weight pouch available if I provided an address. Got it yesterday....what a great company. I've already bought a new regulator and octo, have the Ranger that I really enjoy. I'll be sending my friends to Zeagle in the future.

Been reading all these conversations and fear things have changed with Zeagle. Im getting mixed reports between them and the LDS. Will keep you updated.

Owned by Huish since 2012.
And, customer service is no longer located in Zephyr Hills, as I understand it.

We have not had what I would term BAD experiences with the Huish people. But, ordering parts is now a pain, by comparison, and responsiveness leaves a lot to be desired. I much preferred dealing with Susan, talking with Jim Fox about regulators, etc.

FWIW Zeagle repaired a fabric failure around the one dump valve on my ancient Ranger for free over the last couple months. It looks like they put on a whole new "wing" unit, just reusing the bladder and hardware.

I expected to pay, but it was no charge. It did take longer than I expected, but I have a backup BC I was using so it was fine.
