you need a C spanner,( with luck, it comes easily with a ajustable spanner , put some tape around the cap to protect it)Ok, thanks. Thats what I was afraid of. Pain in the backside removing the environmental cap.
the plier is not the way to go, but just have a look where we live.... and the lack of basic tools you will find easily in WallMart o elsewhere in the US.( i don´t even find´the R19 O´ring for my tank neck here.Don't use pliers to take of the cap, it will just mar it up. Get a decent c-spanner. It should not be hard to take off. If it is then it was put on too tight or there is mineral build up along the threads. Be sure not to tighten it too tight when putting it back on. It should be nice and snug, not cranked down.
