I dived Raja Ampat in mid Oct last year. Good weather except for 1 day of rain but it was not torrential and did not affect our diving. As for wind, it was quite calm during our sailing so there were no issues. Temperatures were about 82-84F.
 
I still can’t get rid of RA bug. All the 6 times I was there, we never missed a day of dives due to weather related & I never missed a dive in the whole trips. :D

I’ll be there again Dec 24, 2019 - Jan 3, 2020 with Putri Papua & Jan 14 - 25, 2020 with Amira :D

Komodo is about coral colors, reef fish and visibility.

And great macro opportunities...
 
Luko, I do indeed recall being able to get right inside the some of the schools at Sipidan. Very satisfying.
