More importantly at the end of the dive you don't have booties full of piss.
I didn't want to mention that, and I am not sure it makes that much difference.

Always over the boot and this should not have been a problem. It looks like that wetsuit does not have adjustaple taps on the legs. If Henderson does not make it right it might be possible for a seamstress or alteration shop to install a flap with velcro tabs.

The wetsuit legs do not have zippers.

You think post dive bootie piss volume is equivalent regardless of whether the wetsuit is over or inside the booties?
I think we are getting off topic, and I have to admit I have never seen any research on this, but I suspect it is possible that a liquid running down the leg under a wetsuit will stay close to the leg and continue under the bootie, even if the wet suit goes over the bootie. Why would it follow the wetsuit rather than the leg?

I suggest you try a controlled experiment on this. It may be difficult to measure the starting volume, though. Perhaps you should suggest this for a future episode of Mythbusters.

Excellent point about the natural flow of urine within the confines of a wetsuit/bootie combination, I admit that never occurred to me. On my next dive trip I'm going to make it happen and after all these years of intentionally placing the leggings over my booties to avoid such a problem I sure hope I'm not pissed at the results of my little experiment.

I still like the Mythbusters option to be sure.
