Hi,
I have always used Smarttrak with my Galileo but now diving with the G2, I need to use Logtrak rather. - Is this correct? Logtrak seems news and more advanced but is there a way to transfer dives from smarttrak into Logtrak?

Many thanks,
Nick

I have this same question since I've also migrated from Galileo to G2. I've tried to export my Smartrak divelog into a format (.asd) that LogTrak will import, but the import process in LogTrak seemingly goes nowhere and just churns. I would assume importing my 71 dives would take about 15 seconds. After 15 minutes of no activity, I just force-quit the LogTrak application. Any help would be appreciated. Scubapro doesn't seem to provide any guidance.

I had the same problem. The fix is to update LogTrak to Version 1.4.0.8.

I am on v1.4.0.8 and the same things happens when trying to import the .asd file, that I exported from my SmartTrak. It seems like it is about to start the import, but just never leaves the 0 of 100% complete.

I am now v1.4.0.8 and same results....stuck at 0 of 100% complete. Scubapro does not respond to request for help, either. Why build a software product if you aren't going to provide support?

Hmm, must have Suunto support roots.

Would love to switch from Galileo Sol to G2, but I would definitely want to be able to import my hundreds of SmartTrak dives into LogTrak. The large ScubaPro shop on our last dive trip had no answer to that question. Googling it so far fruitless. I simply cannot believe Uwatec would not provide a migration path.

In truth I find the software (the new Logtrak) really crappy. The previous SmartTrak had a feature where you could choose which columns to display, so for different people different information was important. You could display a column with heart rate or switch it off. You could display the depth and then click on it and it would sort by depth. The new Logtrak doesn't have this.
