You're describing Blue-XT-Sea right there. Unless you need a steel 120.

I dove blue xt sea. Good operator. I like aldora. I prefer large tanks and longer bottom times.

There are, of course, lots of options for that as well. Matteo at Blue Angel is one of the best dive instructors I know. Make that the best I know, since I really don't know a whole lot of them, but Matteo is great.
