I ordered three, the postage is kind-of nutty, but in quantity it almost balanced out to your average HD T-Shirt pricing. You might be able to get them on-prem at the Mahogany Bay Cruise Ship Port, but I just never had the time or stomach to go there during my frequent visits to RTB~ and they really don't care about selling anything (imagine that in Honduras) so their hours are a bit spotty.

They actually sent them FedEx from San Pedro Sula (assumably somebody schlepped them to the mainland). They had the same musty smell that all t-shirts merchandised in Roatan have, but a quick washing made them happy. (They will smell more like the Roatan that you know and love, of course, if you were to use "Fabuloso" detergent products)

I was happy with the way they worked out.

If you want them for Christmas, better order now.

And no. Like most HD Shops, they make their money off of T-Shirts. They really don't sell motorcycles, not really. They have no rentals, either. I mean, really. Think about it.

We have a Harley shop in St Thomas too. Like you said, no motorcycles but plenty of shirts, hats and other accessories. Cost is about the same as state-side.

There is a motorcycle club here, the Carib Riders, all Harley riders. It's challenging enough to drive a car around here.

The problem with renting Harley's here is not just the roads and other dangers but the added expense of the trailers to drive around picking them up when they break down

The Caribbean shops seem to be operated by the same franchisee. Shirts is shirts.

How close is the Harley shop to CCV? I have promised a couple of shirts to friends.

Thanks Mike

A picture of where they park the motorcycles (in theory)...

It's located at "Mahogany Bay" Cruise Ship Dock. That means it's only open until 3pm or when the boat leaves, and then, only on Pod People days. Their website http://harley-davidsonroatan.com/ is as fictional as most websites from Roatan.

Mahogany Bay is really Dixon Cove, it is located about 1/3 of the way East from the Airport to CCV. Out in front of it is "Lita's Hole" dive site and is most easily remembered from the road as the site of the wreck of the Alexander- that beached ship (close to the road) that has all the plates picked-off of it, bones looking like a Thanksgiving Turkey.

Here's the link to the Port Schedule

I would sooner give Nora $30 to make the trip for me.

If Nora is good with that, I certainly am. Thanks

Thanks Mike

Write out what you want, hand it to her with the cash and tip at the airport when she greets you. She works magic, quite often.
