Really? Most people are foot heavy. What is the goal?

I'm not foot heavy. Balance is the goal.

Nothing is truly wrong if it is safe and has a purpose. What is the problem that you are having that you think this can fix?

well if it got you balanced, in proper trim, is not a safety issues, and is not an equipment solution to a skills issues, then it was right!

Could you have lowered your tank to achieve the same results?

+1

I had clipped on a 2# weight on my rear D-ring and then later found if I lowered my tank about 1.5", it worked out perfectly with no weight clipped on. I run a LP steel 95 so a little movement can definitely make a trim difference.

No.....the further down the floaty-butt of the faber LP85 was (away from my axis), the worse it got. It's very low now; the back of my head presses against the top of a low profile (DS4) regulator. (When I was using a steeper plate, I could flex my shoulders back/up and tuck my head under a Zeagle 1st stage using different hose routing re head position.)
