Be careful where you park. I believe this is the hurricane-damaged area West of the Pass, and West of the Public Parking Area on that side:

The end of an era! If you plan on diving the pass, do not park at the normal "No Parking" parking lot. If your lucky, you can buy your vehicle back from the towing company for $90 onsite. If your unlucky, you finish your dive to a vehicle that is M.I.A. Bahaha
 
That's right everybody better park by the fishing pier and walk.
