1 - Ticket $10
6 + 1 July 4th Tickets (7) $50
13 + 3 July 4th Tickets (14) $100
30 + 5 July 4th Tickets (31) $200
45 + 10 July 4th Tickets (55) $300
These numbers are from their web site.

I'm also curious about the addition problems on the site. 13+3=14 tickets?
30+5=31 tickets? I'm not so sure I trust a raffle where the math skills are immediately suspect.

What's the "July 4th Ticket"?

Is there another way to buy tickets? I don't like giving out my credit card information on a site that isn't secure.

The complete lack of an "S" in HTTPS is a clear indicator it is NOT secure. The latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Opera all show it is NOT a secure form via their icon methods.

No https, no secure icon in any browser = not a secure form.
