All I can say is that if it wasn't for Mike I wouldn't have bought a UEMIS Zurich. And yes, the lack of online sales completely puzzled me. The note on the UEMIS site that said "we'll ship it at some point after we receive your money" sure wasn't trust inspiring and the need to do the transaction with DRIS over the phone was really weird. But Mike completely put me at ease and when the weather messed up the shipment he went way above and beyond and made sure I got the computer in time.... someones number 1 dealer in the US (following distributor rules), selling 5-8 computers a week....
Now whether I should be grateful or angry about this... no, I'm still very grateful for the amazing service that he and DRIS provided. And determined to make the best out of what I have.
Hey Mike, any warm fuzzy words you can give us about battery replacements and other repairs we might need?
