Looker! I mainly freedive as I get older. Though I look for shape of quarry then color.

That certainly explains quarry divers where there isn't crap to see.

I would be a flyer. Nevertheless, there is much to see in a quarry if you are aware of your surroundings and know what is going on in the local environment. I know because I am called upon to entertain the lookers who come diving with us.

Can I be a "flooker"?

Or maybe I'm a "lyer"? :D

I love the senstation of being underwater, and can happily just "blow bubbles" for an entire dive; but also enjoy seeing "stuff" on the dive.... It does not matter too much what I see while I'm "flying", ummmm I mean diving, but if the viz is less than about 15', I'm "seeing" less than I'd like.... and the dive is less fun...

Ok, fine.

I'm a looker.

Who likes to fly.

Best wishes.

Close the closet door behind you :rofl3:......just kidding.

I am a bisexual diver diver. I fly while looking, and pride myself on finding the hard to see critters like decorator crabs.

I am definitely a flyer.....that is how I describe the exhiliration of diving for me....I tell them that I can fly up and over anything by just breathing. I love it. But then, I am also a photographer wannabe so I would have to include myself in the looker category as well.

Stuck in my head now - I will be singing that in the shower for sure now...

I just swim around looking at everything, but when I see an Abalone or a Lobster I get interested, and when I see a big Ulua or a Grouper, my heart really starts pounding.

So I guess that makes me a Scuba Diner.

Given the two options I am definitely a "looker". I dive to see things: fish, lumps of rusty metal (wrecks), strange rock formations etc. The "flying" or in my case slow bimbling / hovering is simply a means to an end.

Describes me to a T.:D
