Best Anti-Fog for tec divers

Whats everyones favorite anti-fog I like mcnetts sea drops ive had bad luck with anything else

Why would "tech" divers need a different anti-fog than "rec" divers???

In any case, I use spit for all my dives. It's worked just fine.

Sea Gold is my favorite but Baby shampoo works well too.

I was told by a guy this weekend that baby shampoo can make you sick that doesnt seem right to me have you ever heard that ?


Also to the spit guy how many rec divers pull 8 hour deco dives ?

Not many but the bottom line is tec divers stay down longer debate that you wanna clear your mask ever 10 seconds for a two hour dive i dont think so
