Great choice on reading material. Only downside? It will make many may of the dive manuals you read in the future seem simplistic and incomplete

Yeah, based upon a friend's recommendation I bought and read the book. I thought it did a great job of explaining everything including some of the various model currently out there. I very much enjoyed the book as a one-stop general overview on the subject.
