Multiple e-mails for updates

Every time someone posts a reply to a thread I'm subscribed to, I get as many as 5 e-mails from ScubaBoard notifying me of the same post. Anyone else experiencing this? Is there a fix?

At this time, a solution has not yet been found. Still working on it.

Thanks for the tip, I'll look into it. What I'm getting though is like 5 e-mails all at once, not spaced out over time. I mean, as soon as someone posts, bam! 5 identical e-mails announcing it in my in-box.

Actually, now that I'm looking at it, ever since I started this thread, it hasn't happened. Is this like when you take your car to the mechanic so he can check out the strange noise, it suddenly won't make it anymore?

I'll say this...

FWIW - I am subscribed to this thread for instant notification, which I don't usually do.

I noticed that I just got 5 notifications for the same post, however... there were 5 new posts to this thread, but the notification was just for the last post in the recent flurry which is post #63 above.

Holy cow...17, yes, seventeen notices of one new post in a social group...yet only two notices of a post in another thread, and just one each for two others.

I had this problem, seems it went away, temporarily. Starting yesterday I am receiving multiple notifications, and the number seems to be growing but the notification. Today, one update generated 7 notifications! Another update (the second posting to a thread) generated only one notification.
