Just a quick note to inform you all that the camera was replaced without any problem...

Top customer service, I am impressed...

Ciao Erik Il Rosso

P.S. Sorry for replying so late but I had my left knee operated and could not access to the InterNet...

You guys type with your knees over there in Italy ? WOW !!!
:D
He may not fully appreciate American "humor." :biggrin3: I was lucky that I had a laptop when I had to do a month of mostly bed rest once (but I still burned my leg from the hot spot :silly: ), but some have to sit at a desktop which might not be so easy, or even visit an internet cafe to log on.

I have always been impressed with Sealife customer service, BTW - and more so that this thread was left up at all, as company reps can pull a thread from their own forums - then handle complaints as they see it in private. I am sure that if I posted my feelings about Spare Airs on their forum, it would not last the day.

This is one of those feel good stories that make me warm and fuzzy inside . Nice to see a happy ending to what started as a bit of a horror show . Nice work Sealife , I will keep you in mind if and when I go digital ... when no one develops 35mm.

Yes, does it sound new to you ???

I am waiting for some other smart comments about pizza, spaghetti, mafia and mandolini...

Sorry guys but I could not walk for four months straight, I could not dive, I could not sit on a chair and I do not own a wireless laptop...

Ciao Erik Il Rosso

That was my guess. Hope you are doing much better.

I would just love going to Italy and taste real italian food. Here in Texas we have great mexican food but i love both. Ciao, i hope you are getting better so you can get back diving.

I had trouble with my DC800. Yes, it took some time to get it checked out and replaced. I communicated with Joe here. I have had no trouble with the camera since it came back.

It just took time because they have many customers to take care of.

We're going to buy a DC800 in a few days.. I hope it lives up to expectations.
